On February 5, TSS is back in IMEC's headquarters in Leuven, Belgium.

It was a fruitful meeting with our partner, IMEC IC-Link in Leuven, discussing some of their exciting plans as a result of the European Chips Act.

On February 7, Ron and Jason attended IMEC ic-link's Partner Network Event at the historic De Hoorn Brewery.

Oleh Krutko, the VP & GM of IMEC IC-link opened up the keynote session discussing some exciting plans and changes that are coming up. It is followed up with a presentation of some trends in the market by Ahmed Slimane, the strategy and portfolio manager. Li Huang, the business line director went over IMEC's white box analog design strategies and their latest ADC/DAC development. IMEC researcher, Javier Fortuny presented IMEC's solution on IC degradation monitoring technology named Canary, a tribute to the bird that was used to detect carbon monoxide in mines in the 1800s.

The round table session started with a presentation by Professor Yusuf Leblebici, discussing the shortage of engineers in the hardware field in Europe and North American and the talents available in Turkey. The last presentation of the day was delivered by Jason Mangattur, our VP of Engineering.

He showcased a brief overview of Openedges and TSS.

Followed by our IP portfolio.

As partners, he discussed how we collaborated in past. Working closely together, we successfully taped out two testchips.
The round table discussion began after the conclusion of all presentations. This was mainly focused on how partners of IMEC ic-link can collaborate together. This is followed by a 3-hour networking dinner which we were able to discuss potential future projects with other IMEC ic-link partners.
We thank IMEC for the invitation to this event, and we are very excited in collaborating with IMEC ic-link and their partners in the very near future.
